Only individuals and entities with valid, verifiable, and registered bank accounts are eligible to use the affiliate system and withdraw their earned commissions.
- Fraudulent Activities:
Any fraudulent activity or attempt to compromise the integrity of our affiliate system, including but not limited to fake referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, or deceitful practices, will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.
In case of termination due to fraudulent activities, any remaining balance for payout will be forfeited.
- Cheating and Unauthorized Access:
Unauthorized access or use of the affiliate system by anyone other than the registered account holder is strictly prohibited.
Any form of cheating, including the use of automated scripts, bots, or unethical practices to generate referrals or clicks, will result in account termination.
- Reporting to Authorities:
We take fraudulent activities seriously. In the event of suspected fraudulent activities or misuse of our affiliate system, we reserve the right to report the situation to the appropriate legal authorities.
- Modification of Terms:
Raku9 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed about any changes.
- Termination:
Raku9 may terminate an affiliate’s account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time.
Termination may result in the forfeiture of any accrued but unpaid commissions.
- Privacy and Data Security:
Raku9 values your privacy. We handle your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Contact Information:
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their contact information, including email addresses and bank account details, up-to-date in the affiliate system.
By participating in the Raku9 Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not sign up for our affiliate program.
